Job Opening - Web UI/Graphic Designer

Sina U.S. office at San Mateo, California is currently seeking a creative Web / Graphic Designer to support our UI team. This candidate will work with Sina U.S. producers and product managers in designing user interfaces for all Sina U.S. products, from web based to desktop applications. Will also work with Sina U.S. marketing and sales departments in designing promotional web sites or various online marketing tools for Sina U.S. customers.

The ideal candidate requires:
-  1+ years of extensive web design work experience.
-  Must be an expert in Photoshop/ImageReady, DreamWeaver and HTML, and Illustrator.
-  Knowledge in Flash ActionScript, CSS, Javascript, Powerpoint and MS-Word.
-  Knowledge of DHTML, XML, PHP and 3D animation software is a plus.
-  Highly self-motivated, and willingness to take responsibility for timely delivery of projects.
-  Must be creative and able to work independently.
-  Must be able to work in a very fast-path environment.
-  Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
-  Knowledge of online consumer sales and marketing is a high plus.
