庫伯蒂諾社區中心學員禪修

矽谷菩提禪修主要負責菩提法門在矽谷地區的宣傳推廣和教育培訓工作。
矽谷菩提禪修以慈悲心為根本、禪观為主要修持方法，注重實修實證，即身成就，
并以自我覺悟和濟世度人為願望，幫助大眾瞭解和开发心靈的力量，
使大眾身心健康光明、直至達到生命的自在與解脫。

每週二晚（7:00至9:30）學員禪修健身提升訓練。

Puti Meditation programs are now regularly offered free class at Cupertino Community Center.

Starting from October, 2009, public Puti Meditation practice will be offered every Tuesday night from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Cupertino Community Center.
All are welcome to participate in this class.
