我正在找一個可以分客廳的室友,格局是兩室一廳一衛,公寓位在university ave, 20 分鐘走路到uc berkeley
客廳跟其他兩間房間的大小是一樣的而且很好隔
租金是440/mo 外加網路,但不含垃圾和水電
這是一間新套房所以八月七號才能入住(我們也是一樣),押金200塊
現在有一個台灣人和一個日本人

I'm looking for a roommate to share the apartment with 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, and 1 living room at University Ave. (20 min walk to UCB).
Living room has the exact same size as other 2 bedrooms and the rent is 440 $US/mo with Internet, but not including PG&E and Garbage
Since it's a new apt, it will not be available until Aug 7th. Deposit is 200 USD.
We currently have two people, one Taiwanese and one Japanese.
we prefer a male undergraduate ucb student
No pets, and no drug, Please
