A nice furnished room in a three rooms house with 2 baths with convenient shopping is looking for responsible International student who has no pet, no drug, no party,no smoke , simple cooking & no overnight guess. The house is near CCSF & SFSU, 10 minutes walk to CCSF & 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes ride to SFSU. A lot of stree parking.
The room is furnished with bed (just bring sheets), Desk, Chair, Lamp, drawer & with closet.
In house washer & dryer.
Common area, kitchen & batheroom shared with two other students.
Rent is $650 plus utilities. One year least prefer.
