Banking question (電匯)

電匯question update:

感謝Vikki帶來的靈感&資訊  今天酷貓到Washington Mutual再次求證
以下供各位有須電匯回台灣者做參考:  省錢喔!!

What you need (to do):
1. Open a free checking account with WaMu
2. You don't have to use it other than the wiring purpose.
    However, the minimum balance $30.- is reqired

What you get (after that):
1. Wire $ for free of charge, both domestic & overseas
2. There is no limit regarding $ quantity and wiring frequency

But just like Vikki mentioned earlier, we have to know that
the bank in Taiwan will still charge a certain amount of $ from
the beneficiary (the receiver).
