I think that even though many people are aware of the fact, they do it anyway, and that happens everywhere, even here in the U.S. where people supposedly abide more by the law. It really depends on the individual, not the country

As regards transition from developed to developing, I think developed does not equal moral. Developed just means technologically advanced, and in this respect Taiwan is regarded as a developed country rather than developing country...

People certainly don't want to go back about 7-8 years ago that people shopped for softwareS on the street in taipei (which is an *international* city)
people do stupid things just because others do that too is STUPID
download movies or music or software instead of paying/buying for that are stealing* period*

Hey, get me right... I am not saying downloading stuff instead of paying for it is right, ok? I am just saying that the development of a country does not determine whether it does the right or wrong things. As I said, development = technology, not morality.

Second, I think I never said that it was correct.
