Job Opening - Web UI/Graphic Designer

Sina is kinda weird.  They never send me a message regarding my application.  That's not very nice.

You will know that's normal if you've ever submitted resumes/application to companies. When I was doing my job searching, I sent out around 200 resumes. Only 10% of them sent me a think you letter. Others are just like lost in their mail boxes.

HR in US just recevice too much email. It's not possible for them to reply each email.
