As many of you might have experienced via phone interview, now phone interview is very popular for most companies or head hunter before they can schedule you for formal interview.  These few weeks I have been screening people vis phone interview and I like to share you some tips for your coming phone interview!  As for most of head hunters or recruiters they always like to know if you are worthy for their clients.  They like to ask about your work experiences or salary requirement.  It is also about how you present your knowledge during phone interview and your attitude toward them.  Most importantly is your oral communicating skill during the interview.  It is important for you to prepare a clear phone line and tests it with your friend before the phone interview.  You could prepare a glass of water that you might need later if the interview taking longer than usual.  In addition, finding a quiet place so you would be able to focus on the interview and preparing some notebook that you may need to write down the information.  You should at least have fifteen minutes before phone interview to review your resume.  Phone interview could also bring your next formal interview so do prepare for it.  All your effort would be paid off when you get your job.  Good luck to you.
