Walking distance to bus stop #38, #22,#31, Safeway, japan town, Fillmore street and trader Joe's
I'm looking for a nice and honest person.
Male or female Student, professional (preferably student) in their 20's.
No pet and drama free please.
The rent is $950 + total utilities and internet fee less than $50
Extra $50 for the first two months
