New Room for Rent $699 (Walking distance to Long Beach Towne Center)

I am subleasing a new room in Hawaiian Gardens/Long Beach with shared living room, Kitchen & bath. The location is extremely convenient with walking distance to Long Beach Towne Center and El Dorado East Regional Park, 3 miles to Los Cerritos Mall and 85c Bakery, and finally it is in close proximity to Long Beach City College and Cerritos College.

A little about my self - I grew up in Long Beach but currently working in San Francisco. Every few months I go back to Southern California to visit family and friends. I'm laid back and love hiking and running. I'm a vegetarian also so I love to have someone that is a vegetarian but it's not a big deal if you are not.

I'm looking for someone who is a young professional or a student that is financial stable (able to pay the rent on time) and drama free. You should be respectful and generally have a good habit of cleaning up after yourself.

The rent is $699 a month with utilities shared. Month to month basis (prefer someone plan to live for a long term). Move in is first month rent ($699) and one month deposit ($699) and $300 (refundable if no damage and clean when move out). Not only the unit is located at a very convenient location, if you hate to have to go to somewhere every time you need to do your laundry...worry free! The dryer and washer is included and free to use. Internet is free as well.
