2007 BATS Tahoe Ski Event

The deadline for signing up  2007 BATS Tahoe Ski Event with joint participants from all schools around Bay Area is fast approaching.  To help us in the registering process, please fill out the following form and return to bats_officers_06@lists.berkeley.edu before Tuesday Feb 20th, 2007.

For those of you who have not skied before (which will be the majority of the trip participant), this is your best chance to try.  Believe me, you will be hooked once you tried it.  It is also a great chance to meet and social with students from other schools around Bay Area.  The current participating school include Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, Stanford University, Academy of Art University, San Francisco State University, UC San Francisco, and more.  The space is limited, please sign up as soon as possible.

We will have a charter bus and will stay in Circus Cirucs Reno (4 person per room) and ski at Northstar Ski Resort.  The different prices are as follow:

$140 - Beginner Ski Package (include ski/snowboard equipment rental, 2.5 hrs lesson, limited access ski lift)
$120 - Regular Ski Lift Ticket
$150 - Regular Ski Lift Ticket + Equipment Rental
$75 - If you don't ski or if you have your own lift ticket and equipment
+$25 - if you prefer to stay at a double occupancy hotel room instead of 4 person (subject to availability)

Please check the appropriate column on the form and return the form no later than Tues. Feb 20th, 2007.

Here is the tentative schedule:

Early morning Sat 3/3
meet in Berkeley heading to Lake Tahoe

noon-4pm Sat 3/3
Lake Tahoe cruise or Heavenly Scenic Gondola ride or Tahoe casino visits

6pm to rest of night Sat 3/3
Circus Circus Reno hotel

Early morning Sun 3/4
leaving Reno to Northstar Ski Resort

9am to 4pm Sun 3/4
Ski at Northstar Ski Resort

4:30pm - 9pm Sun 3/4
heading home to Bay Area
