Express Line Corporation provides customers with best services and competitive cost in International Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearing, Domestic Trucking and Transportation related business.
We are looking for someone can provide full customer service on inbound/ outbound questions including arrival information, charges due, delivery location of cargo, and information on Bill of Lading and Manifest to consignee.
Other requirements:
*Ability to work on multiple projects, show a great attention to detail, be able to work independently, yet communicate well with others.
*Excellent computer skills a must. International shipping experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
*Fluent or conversational in English / Chinese a+
