Responsibilities:
** Set up and configure Routers, Firewalls, and Servers.
** Maintain core systems on the Windows/Linux platform including Databases, Mail, DNS, and Proxy
** Help build out and maintain a rapidly scaling infrastructure to meet demand.
** Monitor system stability and performance
** Configure system and network parameters
** Resolves PC software configuration problems and remotely installs software products or approved patches
** Troubleshoots computer problems, performs hardware and software diagnostics and coordinates needed repairs
** Resolves computer system problems, including coordination between users and campus staff
** Diagnoses, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records

Requirements:
- 3-5yrs Systems Admin professional experience
- BS degree (in technical major)
- Strong Windows support - both MS Office and MS Outlook
- Proficiency with Windows Active Directory, LDAP
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and switches
- Knowledge of programming/scripting to assist improvements
- Knowledge of Data Recovery
