我的H1 現在是"營利企業" 幫我辦的，但我在想H1能不能從營利企業轉到 非營利?
/ \/ k( a3 i4 t+ v如果不行，我有聽說非營利機關是可以馬上申請新的H1?1 E& \; o, }! h; K/ g

Institute / 學校機關 is the unlimited and right away, but your position need to be the Assistant Professor level for most of the college.
