I went to Traffic School last Saturday from 8:30 to 5 and here are some of the updates that I'd like to share with commuters so that you won't pay Uncle Sam anymore or spent a beautiful day for a boring lecture.
  
1 \' g( e4 G" P; G4 E' p4 L" O1. Carpool lane - 1st time $1068.50 starting 1/1/06 (NOT $271, posts on the highway are old).   Don't do it again because 2nd time is going to be double.  3rd time triple, and 4th time license suspended.   
8 B( e: K6 E: Y: u/ T* c& m2. Incorrect lane change $380.  Don't cross lane on solid lanes or intersection
3. Block intersection - $485
/ T7 u( O" P0 R9 r2 K4. Driving on the shoulder - $450
0 Y  [$ r5 D+ y" z' w, r' k) c5. Cell phone on the construction zone. - Double fine
* `" T' X) D9 Z, I8 D$ U+ e1 m: [, u6. Passengers over 18 not on the seatbelts - both passengers and drivers get ticket
3 Q/ l0 L2 q; g& S7. Speeders can only drive 3 miles above the limit.  A classmate drive 71 MPH on 280 and got ticket.   
8. DUI = JAIL
  
* n0 `0 S" n7 QJust for your curiosity, I got the ticket because of rolling stop at the Stop sign where cops were hiding behind a bridge.
