# p' e' ?. v6 NI went to Traffic School last Saturday from 8:30 to 5 and here are some of the updates that I'd like to share with commuters so that you won't pay Uncle Sam anymore or spent a beautiful day for a boring lecture.

. c' |6 P' C* S4 y1. Carpool lane - 1st time $1068.50 starting 1/1/06 (NOT $271, posts on the highway are old). Don't do it again because 2nd time is going to be double. 3rd time triple, and 4th time license suspended. 6 z; U1 R8 q! I% J; b. H* g0 T
2. Incorrect lane change $380. Don't cross lane on solid lanes or intersection

5 e; E3 C% l8 h0 _5 n4. Driving on the shoulder - $450
9 N/ S$ _: x2 h) [+ ~+ \5. Cell phone on the construction zone. - Double fine
! k& M3 b: q! @' z# c7 L6. Passengers over 18 not on the seatbelts - both passengers and drivers get ticket
. s6 N/ x; F/ X! o7. Speeders can only drive 3 miles above the limit. A classmate drive 71 MPH on 280 and got ticket. M9 i; x+ X2 r& c, x1 u; ?+ s7 i
8. DUI = JAIL

Just for your curiosity, I got the ticket because of rolling stop at the Stop sign where cops were hiding behind a bridge. # z- g4 b. m; y4 s8 A
