這兩天在網路上找了一些房子
不過,都不太符合需求
想要請問一下各位學長姐
不知道在您住的附近是否有房屋要出租的?
我和我妹妹是需要2bedroom
租金希望不要超過1200/month
可否提供一些訊息

想找的話~~~請花一點時間在學校附近繞一繞
會有更多choices 價錢有時會出人意表喔~~~~~~~~~

Best way to find apartment is go around the outside area of the school
and spend time ask about it...
ITs very difficault to find it still avaible, becasue school is starting soon...
But u never know....
Or u can find Apartment handbook around street or inside of supermarket and make call 1st to see if there is

簽約時 一定要很小心喔
仔細看清楚每一項細節
若是有任何口頭承諾也一定要寫在契約書上
不然遇到臭房東  死不認帳 你就會有苦吐不出
