About winter break

Just yesterday I have asked few of my NYC friends about hotel there during winter break.  The followings are some information you may need to consider.
1. Hotel in NYC could be from $100-200 per night.
2. Near by Flushing area hotel managed by Taiwan owners may cost from $50-60 or more per night.
3. Sublet price can cost about $600-1000 per vacation. (for example $600.00 from 12/24-1/11 or $800.00 from 12/16-12/30 both plus $200.00 deposit)  You will need to contact right away since many people are coming to NYC for vacation.
4.  There is no need for renting a car since you are in NYC because people in NYC they love to walk and take subway!
