Just few lists of things that she may need.

1. Housing, she has few options now so it should be fine before she decides.
2. Her staff from SD, if she finds the house before she arrives, it would be no probelm.
3. Car, she likes to buy a car so she may need people to ride her for few trips to car dealer.
4. Maybe she can be officer for your TSA and this would be up to you to lead her.
