沒聽說有改啊, 難道是 major 的關係?是full time OPT 嗎?
不過拿到的人真的是可喜可賀啊

(梁勇律師事務所，lianglaw.com專稿)移民局在3月31日向白宮OMB 辦公室提出了一份針對“Qualified” F-1 學生OPT延長17個月的Interim Final Rule。OMB 將在90天內進行審查﹐若是沒有問題的話﹐在OMB 批准後移民局公佈後就會正式實施。

若是OMB 批准了這個法規﹐F-1 學生畢業後實習的OPT 時間將會由現行的12個月延長17個月﹐達29個月的時間。在法規中將對“Qualified” 的F-1 學生有更明確的定義。一旦﹐正式實施﹐對於明年H-1B 的申請者而言將有更大的空間。也可以讓F-1 畢業學生時間來選擇合適的工作。
