- Customer Data Management system coordination
- Customer support website maintenance
- System trouble shooting
- Order pricing project system consolidation
- New IT tool prototype function test
- CS user manual, policy/procedure update
- CS knowledge improvement and training
Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
-BA in Business Administration or Computer Science related
-2 years of customer service, office administration and IT system & project coordination experience
