社區大學與公民問題

我想請問住滿一年申請社區大學(有學分的) 要用大學學歷證明(這樣才剛滿一年又幾天)
還是要假裝自己是高中畢業而已?(這兩種都會需要考試才能進入嗎  我IBT只有五十五分)
因為看哪一個只需要付居民費又百分之百可以進入就讀有學分課程(不需要ESL)
已經有ID卡 但在美國沒有工作過(所以也沒有所謂的稅的問題)

if you are California resident for 1 year(need prove), then you should able to enroll as resident.
for ESL , sorry i don't really understand your question.
Are you already graduated from university? or....

the community college classes. other than English and Meth, you can register on your own, unless some advance course(you have to prove you already have the required knowledge to take the course ).

it really depends what class do u want to take.
some class requires certain English level, some don't.
to enroll in a community college,  it does not matter if u have a degree or not.
if u plan to study for a degree, u should take to a academic advisor to review your transcript and determine if u can transfer any units from your existing degree.
if u just want to take some classes, then, just go ahead and register as 'undecided' major.
i believe if u live in 6 months in 1 state, u can claim that you are a resident of that state. (ONLY if u have green card or citizenship). a PG&E, or phone bill with ur name listed should be a valid proof.

這是很大的問題，我很多朋友都沒有當到州民
條文很清楚寫，有幾項要做到，一是住滿一年，二是有報稅，可以用家長報的
我很多朋友都是以為住一年，都沒去理報稅的問題，所以讀到畢業都還是付外州的錢

其實說起來相當合理，你沒有報稅，為什麼州政府要幫你付學費? 那些學費都是州民報稅來了，那當然只有有報稅的州民享有
