Job openings:
2-3 contract to hire software engineers for SISA (Samsung Information Systems America US R&D center) Convergence Lab

Required skills:  
BS in Computer Science / Engineering or related filed, MS preferred.
5+ years of software development related experience
Expert-level in two or more in the following areas: Flash, Android App, HTML, or JavaScript  
Experience with mobile platforms, internet TV, or consumer electronics is a plus
Be a self-starter and have the ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
Optional:
Knowledge of Streaming, Video Codec, Network, Client/Server connectivity, Open GL-ES, XML, Linux, Apache, J2EE, UI design, and  Embedded Software.
Other note:
The position is contract to hire, NOT a permanent position (but we are continue expanding).
H1B transfer is possible but not sure about new H1B application (probably not).
Immediate available to work is desired.
Hiring process:
1.     HR/Agency phone screen interview
2.     Department phone screen interview (optional)
3.     Department face to face technical team interview (usually once, with me and 2-3 of our team members)
4.     Decision within 2-3 days for immediate hire, 1-3 weeks if you are in pending lists
Hiring status:
     The interview process had started and 1-2 positions may be fulfilled soon.
Reference about Our lab:
We are Convergence Technologies and Standardization Lab located in Samsung San Jose R&D Center. We mainly develop software for prototype and proof of concept projects (TV, Tablet, Phone, STB Convergence) and work with different divisions within Samsung, vendors, and potential customers.
