H-1B 工作簽証的最新消息與更新

The H-1B cap has been reached for fiscal year 2011. Fiscal year is defined as the 365 day period of time that the Government uses for all Federal and Fiscal operations. The fiscal year 2011 started on October 1, 2010 and will end on September 30, 2011. The Fiscal Year 2012 will start on October 1, 2011 and will end on September 30, 2012.

There are 20,000 H-1B visas available to people with US master’s degrees. There are an additional 65,000 general H-1B visas available for a total of 85,000. Your next opportunity to apply for H-1B starts on April 1, 2011 and you can start working under your approved H-1B visa on October 1, 2011.
