*$1000/ 173 sqft unfurnished bedroom with private bath, and a private entrance to the room. Room can also be furnished with a bed, a desk and a chair, but there will be extra $50 per month.

Laundry facilities (washer and dryer)
Driveway parking available
security deposit is $1500. Open to long term or short term lease.
