.Nice house in good and safe neighborhood. Only two blocks from Albertsons (Pomerado & Rancho Bernardo Rd.), bus stops and restaurants. Full house privileges for kitchen, washer and dryer. Large master bedroom with dressing area and own bathroom. WIFI, cable, Utility included. Sorry, non smokers, no pets. Room has basic furniture including queen bed. Owner speaks Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese and English. Have references. Respond by email. thank you.
