15 mins drive to Hollywood,USC, PCC, Cal Tech, Art Center, Pasadena, Grendel, Eagle Rock.
30 mins drive to UCLA, Santa Monica.

The room is 10ft by 15ft which is really big!!Shared bathroom!!
Your roommates will be one Koren girl who is a master student of Art Center and one Japanese guy who is graduated from La Verne and working in little Tokyo.
They are both really nice, friendly, and keep the house clean. You will have plenty of chances to practice English.

The landlord is a American /Taiwanese couple,  and they are young and professional.
We would like someone with no pets, prefer not smoking!!
The rent is $680 includes Utilities, and laundry. $15 extra for internet.
Length of lease: 1 year (prefered)
Deposit: 1 month!
