I have a house located in Diamond bar want to rent our a room, its quite a big room, have a nice HUGE table and pretty good size of closet. My house is really close to Diamond bar high school, is pretty much 3 mins walking distance to DB high. And 10-15 mins drive to Cal poly and Mt. SAT.
