need room mate to rent apt/house together

My wife and I are looking for someone to rent an apartment together. Im a full time student at San Francisco state university, my wife works full time in the city. We are Taiwanese. We are nice and reliable. We want to look for a new place because our current place is dirty and land Lord is not doing anything about it so we are looking for a neat and clean individual.
