Room for rent with private entry and bathroom 近Valley Fair

I have a room available starting 9/12/2016. It's located on the first floor of a three floor townhouse. It has a private bathroom and a separate door for entry. Located near all major freeways, and it's about 5 minutes away from SCU and Valley Fair. The lease term can be 3, 6, or 12 months, with a month rent as deposit.  The monthly rate is $1100, which includes Wi-Fi, electricity, sewage and water (as long as it's within a reasonable range).  We also have washer and dryer on the second floor, which you are free to use any time.
