Hello! I have 2 remodeled/clean bedrooms available immediately in a 3bed/2bath apartment. I'm looking for one individual for each of the 2 available bedrooms. You will have your own room and a shared bathroom with another individual. The bedrooms are unfurnished. Washer/Dryer is short distance walk on the same floor.

$1,550 for each bedroom & ALL utilities (incl. Internet) covered.

12-month or longer lease. Deposit is $1,000.

Location: Very convenient! Near the water and in walking distance to Powell Street Plaza, Bay Street Emeryville, and Emeryville Marketplace. If you work around financial district like myself, it's one bus/one stop from SF Transbay Terminal to Emeryville and from there, it's just another ~10mins walk to home.

About me: I'm very laid-back and respectful. Grew up in Long Beach and came to SF to work few years back. Lived in London for 2 and half years and just recently moved back to SF. I travel quite extensively and my favourite country is Japan. I generally pretty low key and mostly just work, read, and occasionally hang out.

About you: You are a clean, nice, trustworthy, and respectful person. No party and loud gatherings please. No smoking in the apartment.
