隨著 2026 年的到來，就業市場已經從單純的「寫程式」轉向了「AI 應用與協作」。很多家長和同學問：「現在學什麼才不會被 AI 取代？」


答案可能出乎你意料：純 CS (Computer Science) 已不是唯一解，跨領域的「混血人才」才是王道！

根據最新的市場數據，為大家整理了 2026 年 AI 產業的三大熱門賽道：

1. 硬核技術組：給喜歡數理的你雖然基礎程式碼 (Coding) 逐漸被 AI 接手，但「造輪子」的人依然稀缺。

• 熱門科系： AI & Robotics (機器人學)、Data Science (資料科學)、Human-Computer Interaction (HCI, 人機互動)。
• 關鍵職位： AI Engineer, Machine Learning Specialist
• 薪資趨勢： 年薪中位數依然穩居 $150k - $250k USD 高位。
  

2. 產品與商業組：給擅長溝通的你，這幾年需求暴增！AI 需要人來定義「做什麼」以及「怎麼賣」。

• 熱門科系： 商業分析 (Business Analytics)、產品管理 (Product Management)、甚至心理學 (Psychology)
• 關鍵職位： AI Product Manager (年薪 $160k+ 起跳，甚至上看 $240k)、AI Growth Strategist (AI 成長策略師)。
• 亮點： 懂技術語言 + 懂商業邏輯 = 企業最想搶的橋樑型人才。
  

3. 治理與人文組：給文組生的新機會AI 越強大，越需要「守門員」來規範它。

Just attended Cisco AI summit and we will have AI conference this summer. AI is a tool as last year we had training in NCCU. AI agent will be able to work along side of human.  You can't decide what field for AI as they are going to be anywhere. For example, now AI agent can write coding so they will work with human along side to create coding together. In everywhere for AI for future healthcare and justice system.
