關於申請H1-B的問題

我想要請問前輩們一些關於H1-B的問題,
因為我要申請的公司以前沒有雇用過外國人,所以他們不太知道申請visa的流程,結果他們希望我可以自己查查看他們如果要雇用我的話,他們應該要做什麼呢?
我知道公司方面好像要填一些表格跟提供一些關於公司的資料,不知道除此之外他們還需要準備什麼呢?
還有啊,律師跟申請的費用是我要出還是要叫公司出呢?

律師的費用要看你的公司怎麼商量的，像我老公的弟弟就是INTEL全權處理！但我也知道有些公司會要求你自付，所以費用的部分，得要你和公司講好。至於手續方面，由於都是公司經手，所以我也不太清楚。

As for fees, the application fee is about $2700. Lawyer fees various. You company needs to provide payroll and tax information. most of time last year tax return information will be good enough. The main thing is the company needs to proof the ability to pay your salary. If the company is under 10 people and not an technology firm, then there might be a problem with INS. Most importantly, you need to get the H-1 quota first, so the earlier you submit your application the better chance you have. Just call up a local immigration lawyer to get a free consultation. They will be glad to answer your question because you are a potential cunstomer

這種東西交給專業的就好了
有很多律師會處理這方面的申請
表格不難只是繁瑣
填錯很麻煩
關鍵地方寫錯了 就明年請早了
律師比較知道寫什麼較為恰當
若公司沒有自己的律師
你可以自己找
很多都是可以免費詢問的
費用來說,帳面上多是公司出
聽到的多是白人公司會付費用
華人公司多從薪水扣

我跟律師都是用電話跟email在聯絡
所有文件也是郵寄來往
所以應該沒問題囉

四月開始遞件
若今年要申請要快點準備囉
