Farewell party for director Roy Lu

A farewell party is being held for Roy Lu, the director of the culture center in San Francisco of R.O.C., he is transferring back to Taiwan.  We would
like to show our appreciation for his 3 year service in Taiwanese community.  The party will be held in the Ming Garden restaurant on Freeport Blvd., Sacramento at 6:00 PM, Sunday (08-14-2005).
