$372 one room, close to SCU (santa clara)
one bedroom for one single person (male) to share a 3 bedroom apartment
The room will be available on 23 Aug, the room's length and width is about 117.5 by 106 inches, a bit small, with a two feet wide closet, a window, hot in the summer, and you must agree with the following:

Be a Mature person, Easy to get alone with
No party, no pet, smoking only outside, No drugs
Be reasonable clean. Well behaved; Must be quiet!
only by permission you can bring someone overnight
drinking is OK as long as you don't get stupid

The place:
$372(rent)+$10(internet)+utilities(about $10) per month
share one covered carpark with us, plus many safe street carparks
share lounge, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, furnitures, bathroom(toilet&shower), laundry(machine washer&dryer), deposit $170 refundable at the end of the lease term.
Lease term: every 6 months

The room will likely to be completely empty.
20mins walk or 7mins biking to Santa Clara University. 25mins walk to Caltrain station
(for going to SanFrancisco or SanJose, or VTA lightrail for another 10mins bus ride)
close to El Camino Real, where bus 22 comes every 12mins, for going to San Jose downtown or San Jose State Univ. address: 1390 monroe street (at the intersection with Lewis st)

Current residents: two male students(27yrs, about the same age for the other)
