OVT - Relia​bility Engineerin​g Manager

Job Description
The Reliability Engineering Manager will manage worldwide failure analysis for external OVT customers as well as Internal OVT reliability qualifications. The Reliability Engineering manager will also manage the Product ReliabilityThe Product Reliability manager is directly responsible for managing reliability engineers in HO for all Sensor,
CameraCube, and LCOS products. The Reliability Engineering manager is responsible for managing product qualifications including generation of qualification plans and associated product reliability stress hardware. The Product Reliability Engineering manager is also responsible for defining reliability characterization methods and techniques for image sensors consistent with OVT image sensor technologies and customer requirements. The Product Reliability Engineering manager will also manage the automotive programs and providing PPAPs and AEC 0100 reports for automotive products. Total direct reports will be 3 reliability engineers.

Desired Skills & Experience
Position requires 10+ years of Failure Analysis or Reliability Engineering experience with specific experience in semiconductor components.

Experience in integrated circuits, components, electronic modules or systems is required.

Candidate should have experience in reliability stress methods and modeling and have detailed knowledge of failure analysis equipment and methods

Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills, preferably with multinational experience

Demonstrated background in problems solving of electronic components and systems is highly desirable

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
