8月中入住 CCA新生

Hi all,
I am CCA new student and planning to leave Taiwan and arrive SF at 8/10.
I am male, single, clean, respectful, do not smoke, no pets.
I wish the location of the house or apartment can be not so far from design district since I have to go school.
Mission, Potrero hill, Nob hill, SOMA, Mission bay, lower Nob hill, Castro, downtown, lower haight, hayes valley..etc where takes within 30 minutes to CCA  by Bicycle is okay to me.
I can tolerate small room but window is necessary, internet is needed. living room, kitchen, laundry are preferred. Furnished room would be great. My budget is $950 including utilities.

hi, since the rental market is competitive in SF, I can rise my budget to $1050, and due to the incoming school semester, I can accept sublet from two weeks to two months. if anyone is interested, please email: paranoid.yeh@gmail.com
