We currently have one room that is available for rent. The official move in date is February 1st but you can start moving your items into the room a week before that (January 28th).

About the Apartment/Room:
-This unit is 3 bedroom and 2 bath
-You will be sharing the bathroom with another girl roommate, which is why we'd prefer to rent this room to another girl
-This room is the large room in the unit
-The cost includes all utilities but not Internet (approximately $18/month)
-There is plenty of street parking but there is also reserved parking around the back. This is an extra $50 a month and is a covered parking space.
-This unit is located on the 3rd floor, so no one is above you.
-This is conveniently located across the street from Stonestown Galleria and is about a 5 minute walk to SFSU, 1 minute to #29 bus, 5 minute to #28 and M line.

About us:
-We are all girls and are respectful, know what privacy means, outgoing, and easy going.


Absolutely no drugs of any kind. Smoking outside of the apartment is okay.
