We currently seek to employ a highly motivated and experienced Air & Ocean Export/Import Coordinator, to join our friendly and successful San Francisco Team. You will work closely with our Agents, Carriers, Clients, Vendors to co-ordinate the activities and ensure the expeditious dispatching of consignments in a timely manner, and as per our customer orders and per quality standards.

This is a busy role which offers plenty of challenge and requires a strong deadline focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to be accurately decisive in pressurized situations. You will need to be comfortable with resolving customer issues, show reliance and high energy, and possess exceptional multi tasking skills.

In order to be successful, you will need to have exceptional people and customer services skills, a sound knowledge of the forwarding operations and the ability to manage client relationships at an operational level. Knowledgeable in IATA, TSA and IACSSP regulations is a plus but not required, along with your proficent computer literacy skills.
