Entry Level Tech Support

Team Research/ Astak Inc is looking for Full Time/ Part Time Entry Level Tech Support

Job Duties:

Customer Focused - Understand customer service and urgency of an issue being called in. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be the first touch point for a customer. Advanced phone skills - Must understand phone functionality and be able manage incoming calls. Should be able to handle an occasional upset customer and route their call to the appropriate manager. Need Computer Skills, understanding and usage of Microsoft Office. Require understanding of basic computer applications.

Job Requirements: Computer Science degree, technical aptitude or related.
