免費古琴音樂會

北美琴社將于2008年2月24日下午2點在Milpitas市Community Center 舉行大型慶祝新春的文藝表演。這次活動內容豐富多彩並有濃厚的中國傳統氣息，包括有：古琴音樂、詩歌朗誦、民間戲曲及舞蹈、武術表演等。本次活動免費入場.

The Year of the Rat is here! Join us for our Spring Festival Concert. There will be a varied program: Chinese guqin music by internationally known guqin player, Chinese dance, Chinese opera, kungfu by monks from Shaolin temples, Chinese poetry recitation, Chinese singing, and demonstrations of calligraphy and other Chinese arts. These art forms are representative of Chinese culture but many of them are rarely seen, even in China. Our program will also include games and fun activities to test non-Chinese speakers' knowledge of Chinese culture. If you are interested in how Chinese people celebrate their holidays, do join us.
