ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
customers and subsidiary personnel on the following Bio-Rad Systems: Image
Analysis, Microarray, Experion, Microplate Instrumentation /Software, Capillary Electrophoresis and SpotCutter.  Log interactions in our service database.  Provide feedback to management and colleagues on product issues, trends, improvement, and development.  Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:  B.S. in a life science discipline, MS or Ph.D. a plus.

EXPERIENCE:  Experience with using image analysis instrumentation and software.
Experience with microarraying technology and knowledge of microfluidics.  Teaching,
service or support experiences a plus.  5-10 years experience in a laboratory setting or industrial R&D group.
Strong background in biochemistry in life science applications.
